Complications

Already I'm having problems.

My mom brought home Chipotle for dinner last night. I ate all the veggies on the bol and nothing else, but I felt awful because I didn't know how many cals that was and if I went over.

Today I'm going to try and spend 3 hours at the gym, then go swimming for another two. Mom is away on a business trip, so no worries tonight.

Can't wait until the fast day. Does anyone have that lemonade recipe? It has like cayenne...I don't remember.

I think it was cayenne pepper,maple syrup and lemon juice =)

You consumed, maybe, at most, 80 calories. That is generously allowing for drippy-juice from other stuff on them.

Chipotle is actually one of my fave places to eat. I can get quite satisfied on a 400 cal meal there, if I'm careful. That may sound like a ton to you super-fasters out there, but I've got a long way to go and a 1000 calorie day is an accomplishment.
